Farmrite Fabrications is based in North Yorkshire and is a UK owned manufacturer of high quality agricultural equipment. Formed in 1992, the company commenced trading with a range of products designed in-house such as Loosen-It sub-soilers, couple-ups, spot or auger feeders and other custom equipment. Over the years, Farmrite has provided specialist design and manufacturing services to the industry in order to create products where the general market has not been able to satisfy the requirements. Farmite equipment has a reputation for quality and durability and retains its value on the used equipment market. The designers themselves have a long history of involvement with farming in the Yorkshire region. They understand the issues of working the land, working with animals, and understand the needs of the equipment and the users. The proprietor of Farmrite Fabrications, Keith Jackson, has considerable experience in the agricultural equipment sector both in the UK and overseas. Equipment is designed with usabilitiy in mind. Spare parts are readily available either through Farmrite or numerous mechanical and transport equipment traders the full length of the country. In-house design and manufacture means that specials and one-off options can be easily realised. Farmrite has continued it's innovative role within the industry with the introduction of its four-wheel-drive diesel quad vehicle designed and built by Farmrite for the terrain found on the typical hill farm.
